Not kidding when I tell you that the most pleasant phone conversations I have (aside from those with my mom, DUH) are with the customer service people at Schwab, a bank I feel pretty great about. Their checking accounts are very legit—ATM refunds and all!
Feeling like every smartphone should come preloaded with Credit Karma—there’s no good reason for you not to have it.
Requiring any financial advice that I’m expected to follow to be as quick, painless, and easy to understand as this v. good trick.
